Referral & Intake Disclaimer

All referrals submitted to NPLB are considered preliminary and subject to review.

Review Process

Each referral is evaluated based on:

  • medical stability

  • support needs

  • program appropriateness

  • current availability

No Immediate Acceptance

Submission of a referral does not constitute:

  • acceptance into the program

  • confirmation of placement

  • guarantee of services

Responsibility of Referring Party

Referring organizations are responsible for ensuring:

  • accurate information is provided

  • the individual is medically stable for non-medical placement

Coordination Role

NPLB operates as a stabilization and coordination model, not a medical provider.
